Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor your delivery's progress in real-time through the carrier's website.

If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide an update.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and household members first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've made an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of both the package and the damaged items, and contact us within 7 days. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
