My journey into enrichment began with my whippet, Barney. Finding new ways to keep him engaged, curious and happy, showed me just how much difference the right enrichment can make to a dog's life.
Enrichment is about creating opportunities for dog's to follow their natural instincts - sniffing, foraging, problem solving and exploring in ways that are appropriate, fun and rewarding. It keeps their minds active & their bodies engaged it can also helps reduce boredom, stress and unwanted behaviours.
